No returns or exchanges on any pre-order items. I stand firmly on this decision because these are items I do not carry on hand that I have to put orders in for.

Items has not shipped to me

I ordered this purse on 08/04/2026. I read that shipping involved a 3 week "turnaround". It's now 09/09/2026 and my item is still listing as "waiting on shipping information from seller". I have reached out to seller twice, first time I acknowledge it hadn't been 3 weeks. The second time I asked for an update, it was at the end of my 3 week "turnaround". I have no idea if I will get my purse but I will not be shopping with this boutique anymore. They have cute items but the amount of time you have to wait on them is insane.

Well, casey I looked up your name in our email list because I do check those every day. I have not received an email from you So I'm not sure who you would be emailing. pre order items are 3 to 4 weeks to get to me which is stated in the descriptions, and it says no holidays or weekends. For turnaround time. i also do mention you are always more than welcome to follow my private group on facebook. Because I give updates there about pre order items and shipping and pictures of items that will be in the box. and I am also on every social media so I can be contacted every way. and a pre order box was shipped out two days ago. I should expect it by early next week Look forward to hearing from you
