These run big size down from your normal size.

I would recommend sizing down. I normally wear a size 8 and a 8 1/2. And did a size 7.5 And that's fits perfectly. I even tried a 7 that fits good as well.

 

Turnaround time takes 3 to 4 weeks to ship to me and when i get them i ship out same day That does not include holidays or weekends.

 My vendor is pretty good about getting everything out on time to me. And always feel free to always message me I will always reply.

No returns or exchanges on any preorder items. i Stand firmly on this because I do not carry these on hand they have to be orderd and purchase.

Great product

First time ordering from Julee Rae's. I am completely satisfied with the product. I was a little disappointed with how long it took to ship them. I received them 3 weeks after I ordered them which I think is excessive for a US based company. The actual shipping only took 3 days but the seller waited most of the 3 weeks to send them in the mail. I suggest ordering a month in advance if you need anything from this company for an event.

I hope that you understand that this was a pre-order which is stated in the headline of the product and in the description And in the sizing of the product for you to read the description i make sure it is very detailed about the turnaround time, which was three weeks, no holidays Nor weekends counted in the turnaround time so it's not like I held onto your shoes for 3 weeks And then just decided to put them in the mail. all of my pre-order items are very well detailed in every description. so in the future, if you ordered something that wasn't a pre order, it would have went out The next day.

These shoes are just as cute in person, as they are in the pictures. All the statements to size down are accurate. For me the length was accurate. I usually wear a 10 and I ordered a 9.5. The only area that was a bit big as the heel area. It’s a bit loose. I do not think a smaller size would have made it better. I think it’s just the way the shoe was made. I am ok with this because it won’t rub my heel:) The seller sent the item quickly as well. Would buy again:)

I ABSOLUTLY LOVE my checkered Vans!!! I have gotten so many compliments and has also shared this boutique :) I was a little hesitant on what the reviews said about downsizing 1/2 a size! I did and I def don't regret it! I will definitely be back for another custom order :)

Shipping was faster then expected!

Great quality, definitely went with 1 size down. Usually a size 7 ordered a 6 fits perfect!! They are so cute!!

They are cute but way to big and I ordered a smaller size. They Do not fit like the regular slip on vans. Guess i will be gifting them to my sister for Christmas
