Why the name?

I went with Julee Rae's Boutique, because my mom is the person behind the art work for the t-shirt, skinny tumblers and garden flags. Her first name is Julie and that's where  Julee came into play. My middle name is Rae. So I wanted a name that would always mean something to the both of us.  

About Me

My name is Felicia Rae Fogolini. I was born in Saint Petersburg,  Florida,  my family moved to Winston Salem  North Carolina when I was a child.  I'm 32 years old,  a wife/mother of 2 beautiful boys. I started this business last April 2021, with custom t-shirt, bleach t-shirts, skinny tumblers and garden flags. It has definitely blossomed. I  ventured out slowly adding boutique clothing. I was working at Dillards for 10 plus years being their Visual  Sales Manager.  I wanted to make a change and do something I really loved.  I love making people feel beautiful and step out of their comfort zone, and  try something different. Everyone has their own unique  style.  I want to be the one that brings it out.  I truly enjoy this journey. I'm going to see where the future takes me.
